Deborah Philbrick

Deborah is a Senior Program Officer with the Climate Solutions team, where she spearheads initiatives to advance clean energy adoption across the United States, China, and India. Her work focuses on improving equitable access to clean energy and increasing the political will to drive ambitious climate policy.
In her previous role at Elevate Energy, Deborah led the development of impactful programs like the Illinois Solar for All initiative, aimed at expanding access to renewable energy solutions.
She has a Bachelor's degree in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology from the University of Rochester and a Master's degree in Public Service Management from DePaul University.
