Tatiana Toro

Professor Toro is one of the leading researchers in geometric measure theory and geometric analysis in the world. She has been the driving force in the program of using geometric measure theory to attack fundamental problems in potential theory and free boundary problems, in low regularity settings. In addition, Professor Toro has played a very important role for young researchers in analysis and geometry, and as a tireless advocate for members of underrepresented groups in the mathematical sciences.
