Shelley Spacek Miller

Shelley Spacek Miller is a Senior Court Research Associate in the Research Division of the National Center for State Courts. Her current projects focus on a variety of areas including access to justice and civil justice reform. She has supported several Conference of Chief Justice Committees and a national blue ribbon committee on civil justice reform in state courts.  Previous areas of work include judicial selection and independence, assistance with a national civil justice data collection effort, and problem-solving court evaluations. Ms. Spacek Miller’s previous work and volunteer efforts focused on domestic violence and child abuse/neglect.
