Ora Entin-Wohlman

Professor Ora Entin-Wohlman is the Professor Emerita of Physics at Ben Gurion University of the Negev/Tel Aviv University. Entin-Wohlman has made seminal contributions to a wide range of topics in condensed matter physics theory, including superconductivity, electron and phonon localization, magnetism, nanoscience and spintronics. She is recognized as a leader in all of these diverse fields. She has collaborated with many theorists and experimentalists all over the world, and directed many international activities (long-range national and bi-national research centers, research workshops). She continues to be very active on the promotion of international scientific collaborations and to play a role model for female students in physics.
