Dr. Belo-Osagie is Partner Emerita (Of Counsel) at Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie which she co-founded in 1985. She specialized in advising on financing, general corporate and commercial matters and compliance and corporate governance in the Energy, Natural Resources, Environmental, Telecommunications, and FMCG sectors and built a reputation as a leading authority on Nigerian petroleum regulations, Nigerian environmental law, and foreign investment in Nigeria. She is a non-executive Director on a number of international and Nigerian Boards, a member of a number of global/advisory Boards and a trustee on the Board of several non-profit organisations, including the African Leadership Academy, Corona Schools Trust Council, the Growing Businesses Foundation, the African Wildlife Foundation, and the Arts and Business Foundation.
