Marillyn A. Hewson

Marillyn is the former Chairman, President and CEO of Lockheed Martin, a global security and aerospace company, and served as the Executive Chairman of the Board until March 2021. She joined Lockheed Martin in 1983 as an industrial engineer, and during her career has held several senior leadership roles across the corporation. 

Marillyn serves on the Board of Directors for Chevron, Johnson & Johnson and Nexii Building Solutions Inc. She is a member of The University of Alabama’s President’s Cabinet and the Board of Visitors of the Culverhouse College of Business and is a member of several key industry and business associations. Marillyn is recognized as a top business leader by Forbes, Fortune, Bloomberg, and Chief Executive Magazine. Born in Junction City, Kansas, she holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from The University of Alabama.
