Lincoln Caplan

Lincoln Caplan is a longtime journalist and author who writes about law and public affairs. He is also the Truman Capote Visiting Lecturer in Law and a Senior Research Scholar at Yale Law School, and a Lecturer in English at Yale University. He is the author of six books, including American Justice 2016: The Political Supreme Court (2016), Skadden: Power, Money, and the Rise of a Legal Empire (1993), and The Tenth Justice: The Solicitor General and the Rule of Law (1987).
