Kelsey Ensign is a Louis W. Cabot Fellow working in the American Institutions, Society, and Public Good Program area.
Prior to joining the Academy, Kelsey was a Ph.D. student at Vanderbilt University, where she studied the politics of drug and alcohol addiction in 20th century America. During graduate school, she worked on state-level policy research at a thinktank in Nashville, Tennessee. She completed her B.A. at the University of Richmond and received her Ph.D. in history from Vanderbilt University.
