John A. Quelch

John Quelch has been a dean and transformative figure in three of the world's leading business schools: London Business School; the China-Europe International Business School in Shanghai; and now at Miami Business School. In each setting, he has led innovation in global business scholarship and education ahead of these trends became fashionable. He is known for innovation in case research and pedagogy. His HBS case studies have sold more than 4 million copies worldwide. He has been a leader in every community in which he resides: here in Boston as pro bono Chairman of the Port Authority of Massachusetts for eight years. Thanks to his prior joint professorial appointment at both Harvard Business School and Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health, his research now focuses on consumer choice and the role of the private sector in global healthcare delivery. He is author, co-author or editor of 25 books.
