Jerren Chang is the Co-Founder & CEO of GenUnity, a civic learning and engagement nonprofit that support adults to unpack local issues and drive systems change.

Jerren graduated from Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School with an MBA/MPP in May 2021 and from Duke with a BS in economics and math in 2014. Jerren has worked at the Chicago Mayor’s Office as an economic development policy associate and as a consultant at McKinsey.
