Henry Kaufman

President. Called one of the greatest financial thinkers of our time by Business Week, founded his own investment management and economic and financial consulting firm in 1988 after a long career at Salomon Brothers. Before joining Salomon Brothers, worked in commercial banking and served as an economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Author of many books and articles, and recipient of the first George S. Eccles Prize for excellence in economic writing from the Columbia Business School. A major supporter of New York University Stern School of Business, the Institute of International Education, the Norton Museum, and numerous other non-profit organizations.
