Gregory Moore is a theoretical physicist who specializes in mathematical physics, string theory, M-theory, and gauge theories more generally. He is a professor in the Physics and Astronomy Department of Rutgers University and a member of the University's High Energy Theory group. His work combines rare knowledge of high-powered mathematics with deep understanding of physics. His work places particular emphasis on the underlying mathematical structures and applications to and from modern mathematics.
