Françoise Forges

Francoise Forges is one of the world’s most accomplished female game theorists. Her excellent scientific judgement and dedication to scientific work befits the high objectives of the Academy well. Forges made substantial contributions to a large variety of subjects in mathematical economics, including studies of communication, information and incentives in strategic and cooperative games, and in markets.  Her research also bridged fundamental concepts in game theory with their counterparts in economic theory.
