Elie Tamer is the Louis Berkman Professor of Economics at Harvard University. He specializes in econometrics and empirical industrial organization. His research has addressed inference questions in models with multiple decision makers among other inference questions especially in models with partial identification. 

He is a Fellow of the Econometric Society, and a former Co-editor of Econometrica and Quantitative Economics and a current managing editor of the Journal of Econometrics

Prior to joining the Harvard faculty, Tamer was a faculty member at Northwestern University and Princeton University.
