Denise D. Meringolo

Denise D. Meringolo is Associate Professor of History and Director of Public History at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She is the creator of the Preserve the Baltimore Uprising archive project, the author of Museums, Monuments, and National Parks: Toward a New Genealogy of Public History (2012), and the editor of Radical Roots: Public History and a Tradition of Social Justice Activism (2021).
