Carlos Manjarrez

Carlos Manjarrez is the Director of the Office of Data Governanace and Analysis at the Legal Services Corporation.  He is also a Principal at NovaKultura Consulting. Previous to this, he held positions at the Institute of Museum and Library Services, first as the Associate Deputy Director in the Office of Policy, Planning, Research, and Communication and then as the founding Director in the Office of Planning, Research and Evaluation. He has also held positions at The Urban Institute, the American Bar Foundation, and the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation.
