Bojie Fu

Fu is a leader in landscape ecology and ecosystem restoration. He has published more than 500 papers and 10 books, and has transformed science into real-world practice and ecological restoration policies in China. His achievements have resulted in significant international distinctions and recognitions. He has organized many activities to promote China-US collaborations on landscape ecology, ecosystem services and sustainability. Fu holds many influential leadership positions in China and internationally. As the first International Honorary Member from China in ecology and geography, Fu can make substantial contributions to the Academy by forging collaborations and shaping these fields in China and beyond.
