Aaron L. Nielson

Aaron L. Nielson is Professor of Law at the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. He also serves as a Public Member of the Administrative Conference of the United States and on the Council of the American Bar Association’s Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice. He has published in such journals as University of Chicago Law Review, Duke Law Journal, and Georgetown Law Journal.
