Yuval Levin (American Enterprise Institute) was a member of the Academy’s bipartisan commission that produced the Our Common Purpose report, with 31 recommendations for strengthening American democracy. He also coauthored an Academy paper on The Case for Enlarging the House of Representatives, which expands on one of those recommendations.
