Meserve (President of the Carnegie Institution for Science), Norman Ornstein (Resident Scholar at the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research), William A. Galston (Senior Fellow and the Ezra K. Zilkha Chair in Governance Studies at the Brookings Institution), and Robert W.
