The American Academy of Arts and Sciences’ Seattle Committee is pleased to invite members to a conversation dinner featuring fellow Academy member and 2024 Nobel Prize in Chemistry recipient David Baker. Professor Baker will discuss his journey to the Nobel prize, the potential future applications of his work on protein design, and the value of such research for society. This table-wide discussion will unite Seattle area members from across disciplines and professions in a common conversation.
