The Hybrid Workplace of the Future
A year after COVID-19 initiated a rapid transition to remote work, organizations are contemplating how they will function post-pandemic. Many are considering a new, hybrid model in which employees split time between working on-site and remotely, offering promise for increased flexibility, efficiency, and savings, as well as challenges for collaboration and culture.
