In recent months, Israel's coalition government has considered a number of legal reforms modifying appointments to the Supreme Court and the relationship between the Court and other branches of government. This luncheon panel, co-hosted by Yale's MacMillan Center and the Academy's New Haven Program Committee, will bring together leading legal scholars to discuss the stakes of these reforms and their implications for the future of Israel's democracy.
